How to record school fees and meals in the administration?

In order to use the module for calculating meal allowances correctly, you need to enter attendance regularly. To calculate school fees you need to have the programmes set up and correctly assigned to the children.

1. Where is the tuition and meal plan report located?

From the main left menu, select the Tuition and Boarding section under the Finance tab. This will display the total tuition and board overview.

2. How do I filter the overview?

You can filter the data in the School Fees and Subsistent report using the fields at the top of the window – Classes, Children, Date. Click on each field to display the menu. Click again to select a specific class, child or date.
